UNIT-e Database Table Definitions

If not using RepGen then it can be very difficult to work out where data is located in source tables due to the obfuscated names of tables and fields in UNIT-e. To help us with this I documented the common tables we use for reporting and how they join together with other tables in the system. I thou...

ProAchieve - Issue with Incorrect Number of Leavers in CL_Midpoint Table

This week we have encountered an issue with the ProAchieve CL_Midpoint table for 2016/17 summaries where it does not quite report the correct number of 15/16 leavers compared with the frontend due to additional criteria now being added. VT2000 and UNIT-e

Hello Please can I ask if anyone is using VT2000 and has successfully integrated this with UNIT-e (also with iTrent)? Does the script provided work out of the box or did you find it took a long time to customise? We are looking to implement it in the new year and it would be good to get an understan...

Re: Adding in Postcode Google Link

Hello Ryan

Thanks that's a good idea and not something I have thought of doing on reports where the address/post code is displayed, but I can certainly see it being useful - especially for the student finance reports where students are paid based on distance/location.

Thanks for sharing this.

Re: About me - Russell Barber

Hello Russell Thanks for signing up and hope you find this forum useful. I will keep adding things to it as and when I get the chance. The data cubes sound really interesting and it is not something I have explored before so I would be interested to hear more about the advantages of that and how it ...

Problem with email subscriptions resolved

It appears a setting in PHPBB had disabled email notifications from being sent out if you had been asked to be notified when receiving a reply to your topic but I have now fixed this so notifications should now work. Please let me know if there are any further issues with this. :banana-dance: Thanks...

Forename and Surname Missing

Hello All I just realised that PHPBB doesn't ask you to fill out your names on the registration form so have added two new custom fields to the forum. Please can people fill this out if you don't mind so we know who each other are? To enter your name (when already registered) click on your username ...

CU7 was released although it does not explicitly state this bug is fixed and we have not got around to applying this yet but if you are getting the issue above then it is worth a try.
